Many factors play a part when it comes to pricing. Things such as the size of the home, your priorities, the condition of the home, as well as scheduling. Feel free to call today so we can discuss further questions and your cleaning needs.
If anything is missed the crew will fix it before leaving the home, if you catch it after your clean your crew will pick up on it your next cleaning service. Before your clean is started your crew will always ask if you have special request or priorities in case they cannot finish everything on time. After they are done cleaning your home they will do another walk through to make sure you are satisfied with the work. If the job does not leave you satisfied you have 24 hours to call for anything that cannot wait and your crew will fix the missed free of charge. Perfection is however hard to do, but the crews do their best to leave you satisfied and your home clean even due to their long days and tight schedule.
Accidents do happen, although we are fully insured if anything were to happen. All crews equally care for all homes respectfully. They try their best to be careful as well as asking you questions before touching certain things.
Our crews will always call you 30 minutes prior to arrival to let you know they are in route to you. You do not need to be home for the clean, if you have a busy day ahead of you or errands to run feel free to leave a key in a lock box for the crew or the code to the garage or door when they call you, when your crew has completed the clean they will let your know right away before walking out of the door. If the crew completes their previous job early they will also call and ask if they can arrive a little early, or if the previous clean takes longer, they will call to inform you they'll be arriving a little later then your scheduled time.
No worries! Your crew can work around you or if you'd like to stay in a room and save it for last that is perfectly fine.
Your home is your pets home, they can roam around and get to know your cleaning crew if you'd like! Although, if your pet is aggressive in any way or makes your crew feel nervous please place your pet away from the crew while cleaning.
Not at all, our crews arrive prepared with all cleaning supplies necessary to clean your home. If you have products of your own that you'd like them to use instead feel free to let them use it. Also, show them where they need to be placed when they are done using the item so they aren't leaving things laying around for you to put back.
Absolutely not! Our cleaning crews are trained to move all knick knacks and items from and surfaces to clean under and behind them as well as cleaning the object itself. If they do not feel comfortable moving an item because it is fragile they will let you know or ask you to move it. If the object or piece of furniture is too heavy for them to move or lift they are not required to move or lift it, if anything is more then 50lbs please do not encourage the crews to move the item.
For scheduling we advise you to schedule a week or two in advance due to the busy schedule. If the clean is needed immediately we will work out a day/time and plan that best suits you. For scheduling recurring cleaning you can schedule with your crew right after your clean! Your crew has a monitored schedule of their own to fit you in where the clean work best for all. Our top priority and goal is to leave you not only with satisfaction and motivation but leave you coming back for more! Our cleaners care about the body of your home and love to know that they are doing a good job. But the cleaners also respect and understand that if there is something they are not doing right or they are missing, that you explain the issue with them so they are doing their job right. Leaving a list of specific tasks for them always helps to remember. We can also log in your top priorities and concerns with your file so they learn and know what you like and how you like things done. Our crews have a busy day to day schedule of non stop cleaning, just remember things missed are never intentional. It is important to always do the walk through with your crew when they have finished to know the job was done right.
Payment is taken the same day your clean is completed. One of your crew members will take payment through the card reader using debit, credit or apple pay. You will then receive a receipt via text, email or printed. And Yes! We do accept Venmo payment as well. If your clean is not completed and the crew needs to schedule a day to come back and finish the job, payment will be taken for the time they spent cleaning the home for that day.
